MILK CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 sqs. chocolate or 1 heaping tbsp. cocoa
4 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, milk and chocolate in saucepan. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread on bars while warm.
