ITALIAN POTATO SALAD 
White potatoes
Dry white wine
Olive oil
Wine vinegar
Black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Chopped fresh dill
Mustard

Cook potatoes with jackets until tender. Peel and cut in large pieces. Season with white wine, olive oil, small amount of wine vinegar, black pepper, garlic, dill and mustard. Let marinate, turning frequently, until all liquid is absorbed.
