Vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Foil cupcake liners

Place vanilla wafers in muffin liner. Mix cheese, vanilla, sugar, add eggs. Mix well. Pour over vanilla wafers. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool. Top with pie filling if desired.
