MINI CHIPS BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST

1 pkg. blueberry nut quick bread mix
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. Hershey's mini chips semi-sweet
Topping (see recipe that follows)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9 inch square baking pan. In medium bowl combine bread mix, sour cream, water, egg and mini chips chocolate. Stir until well moistened and blended. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into squares.

TOPPING:

In small bowl: 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. softened butter

Mix until crumbly. Stir in 1/4 cup mini chips chocolate. Sprinkle on top of batter. Yum!
