MINI - MINCEMEAT NUT CAKES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (28 oz.) jar commercial mincemeat
2 c. chopped walnuts

ICING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

Combine flour and baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with condensed milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix just until blended after each addition. Stir in mincemeat and walnuts.
