MINI KUCHEN (GERMAN COFFEE CAKE) 
2 c. heavy sweet cream
1 c. milk
2 eggs
:
Cinnamon & sugar mix
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

36 buttermilk refrigerator biscuits

Mix filling ingredients and cook in the microwave, stirring several times until thick and bubbly. Set aside to cool. Pat each biscuit into a 3-3 1/2 inch circle and line a greased muffin tin. Fill with about 2 tablespoons filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle more cinnamon and sugar if desired. Cool 10 minutes before removing from tin.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
