MINI MORSEL POUND CAKE 
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
2 c. sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
3 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi sweet chocolate mini chips
Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in mini chocolate chips.

Pour into greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan.

Bake 70 to 80 minutes or until skewer inserted in center of cake comes out clear. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. 16 to 20 servings.
