4 tbsp. melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 med. baking potatoes, halved lengthwise

Combine butter, garlic and Tabasco sauce. Brush potatoes with mixture. Place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 4. Pre. time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 45 minutes.
