BAKED STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. of cubed steak
6 carrots, sliced
5 potatoes, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. gravy master
Salt and pepper to taste

Place alternate layers of steak and vegetables in casserole dish. Mix water, soy sauce and gravy master and pour over vegetables.

Seal with cover or aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

You may need to add extra water during cooking.
