COOL WHIP FROSTING
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 c. cold milk 8 oz. Cool Whip (thawed) Mix pudding, milk and powdered sugar with mixer for 1 minute until creamy. Fold in cool whip. Spread on cake. Tastes best on chocolate cake.
