POTATO - TOMATO BISQUE 
1 c. onions, thin sliced
1 stick butter
4 c. tomatoes OR
32 oz. tomato puree
3 c. potato cubes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 pt. coffee cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook onions in butter until soft; add tomatoes, potatoes, and seasonings. Cook slowly until potatoes are soft. Add cream.

P.S. I add 2 envelopes "Sweet and Low".
