GREEN GODDESS CHICKEN | |
1 (8 oz.) bottle Seven Seas Green Goddess dressing 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 12 oz. apricot or peach preserves Chicken pieces with skin removed Mix first three ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Serve with rice. Green Goddess Dressing (if you can't buy it) : Blend 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste with 2 tablespoons heavy cream. Fold in anchovy mixture, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, and 1 tablespoons minced parsley. |
