8 loin chops
1 box stuffing mix for chicken
1 pkg. pork gravy mix
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Flour chops, salt and pepper. Brown chops in skillet, set aside. Mix stuffing according to directions. Put 4 cups in 13 x 9 inch pan, place stuffing on top of chops to cover. Place another chop on top. Mix gravy as directed on package. Pour over all chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
