BETTY'S BISCUITS 
3 c. White Lily self-rising flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put flour in large mixing bowl. Make hole in center. Add buttermilk and Crisco. Knead from center. Roll out dough. Cut with cutter. Bake for 12 minutes. Makes 16 to 18 biscuits.
