BETTY PEEL'S CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. white onion, chopped
Salt & pepper meat mixture (not much because tomato juice is salty).

Cook first 3 ingredients together until meat is brown. Drain grease. 1 lg. can tomato juice 2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Pinch of oregano (not too much) 1 pkg. chili seasoning (Williams brand)

Heat these 6 ingredients together. Add beef mixture to above. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Be sure you drain all grease possible from meat.
