GREEN BEANS FOR BRUNCH 
2 (10 oz.) cans French cut green beans
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, fried
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Prepare white sauce by melting butter, adding flour and then adding milk. When sauces thicken, add cheese, stir until melted. Set aside. Place beans, crumbled bacon and sliced eggs in casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over top and add sliced cheese on top.

Cook in 350 degree oven until heated through.

Try this as a brunch dish.
