JESSIE'S HAM AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 (12 oz.) bag Dutch egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 ham steaks, diced
16 oz. American cheese, sliced thin
6 eggs, lightly beaten with 1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

To the pan, add Dutch noodles, diced ham, beaten eggs (with milk) and some pieces of cheese in with the noodles and ham to make it more cheesey. Layer the remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 375°F for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the cheese is brown.
