1 box Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
5 carrots, peeled and pureed
1 cup walnuts (optional"

Make the spice cake mix by fallowing the box instructions, puree carrots mix in after cake mix has been mixed and batters smooth. Add tea spoon cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes of until tooth pick comes out clean. Betty crocker whipped vanilla frosting is great with this recipe but you can use any you'd like.
