MICROWAVE ENCHILADAS 
10 to 12 flour tortillas
1 med. onion
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

SAUCE:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can green chilies
1/2 c. bell pepper
2 tsp. chili pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. water

Cook hamburger and onion together until done. Add remaining ingredients. Roll the meat mixture into tortillas; pour sauce over top. Microwave on high 25 to 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
