HOT ENCHILADA DOGS (Microwave)
1 (16 oz.) can chili without beans
3 tbsp. finely chopped green chili peppers
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
8 corn tortillas, softened
8 frankfurters, ends slit
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine chili, chili peppers and hot pepper sauce. Place 2 tbsp. mixture on each tortilla; place franks in center and roll up.

In oblong baking dish, arrange tortillas seam side down. Combine tomato sauce with remaining chili mixture; pour over tortillas. Heat, on medium high, covered, 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

In oblong dish arrange tortillas between layers of damp paper towels. Heat covered on high. Eight tortillas will soften in 4 1/2 to 6 minutes.

Replace chili peppers with green pepper and onion finely chopped for families that can't heat hot food.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
