SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 lb. thin spaghetti
8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 strips
1/4 c. olive oil
1 med. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti. Cook and drain bacon. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes. Add butter, broth, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Add pasta. Toss with sauce in skillet. Add eggs; toss until sauce thickens. Add parsley, cheese, then bacon.
