SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA 
1/2 c. diced bacon
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
Dash pepper
1 lb. spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute bacon in butter, remove and keep hot. Beat eggs with cream and pepper. Cook spaghetti al dente and drain. Pour in bowl with eggs, mix well, sprinkle with bacon and Parmesan: serve immediately. (Note: Can be cooked in pan, over low heat, to set eggs).
