SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 lb. spaghetti
8 slices bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/8 c. olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Fry bacon in olive oil slowly. In another bowl beat the eggs and Parmesan cheese together. Drain spaghetti and put it into the egg and cheese mixture and mix well. Add the hot bacon with the oil and toss. Add salt, pepper and extra cheese to taste.
