DUTCH GOOSE 
1/2 head of cabbage, cut up
3 lg. potatoes, sliced
1/2 to 1 roll of smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water
Shredded cheese (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole place cut up cabbage. Put potatoes on top of cabbage. Put slices of sausage on top of potatoes. Pour mushroom soup over this, then pour water over all. Put in 350 degree oven. After 20 minutes, stir well. Continue baking until potatoes and cabbage are tender. If cheese is used, put it on approximately 5 minutes before finishing baking.
