DUTCH GOOSE 
1 pig stomach
1 loaf bread toasted and cubed
4 lg. raw potatoes, diced
1 onion, minced
1 c. celery diced
1 lb. hamburger or smoked sausage
3 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
Milk (enough to wet filling approximately 1 c.)

Saute onion and celery in butter and add to bread cubes. Beat eggs and milk and mix well with filling. Add potatoes and meat, toss to mix. Stuff pig's stomach and sew or truss securely. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Slice to serve.
