DUTCH CRACKED WHEAT BREAD 
2 c. cracked wheat or bulgar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. molasses
2 c. boiling water
2 c. flour

Stir all ingredients except flour in the boiling water. Add flour until moist. Grease and flour loaf pan. Add mixture and cover with second loaf pan upside down.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.
