RUM BALLS 
25 vanilla wafers, shredded
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. dark rum
Powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar. Store in airtight container and place in refrigerator. Rum balls taste best if they are left in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. Please use your blender or food processor when shredding your vanilla wafers for the best results.
