PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. (or 20 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
1 box supreme moist butter recipe yellow cake mix
Walnut halves
Maraschino cherries

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 13"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Arrange pineapple on top. Decorate with walnuts and cherries. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Immediately invert pan on heat proof serving plate.
