OVEN STEW 
1 lb. stew meat or roast, cubed
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
4 med. potatoes, cubed
4 onions, quartered
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes

Layer as listed in deep baking dish. Cover and bake 250 degrees for 4-5 hours. Stir well before serving.
