OVEN STEW 
4 potatoes
1 stalk celery
6 carrots
2 lbs. round steak, cut up
1 med. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. instant tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (11.5 oz.) can V-8 juice
2 bay leaves

Cut up potatoes, carrots, celery and onions and mix with meat in buttered oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with salt, tapioca and sugar. Pour juice over and add bay leaves. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Serves 6.
