OVEN STEW 
2 lb. beef stew meat
2 c. potatoes
2 c. carrots
2 c. celery
4 med. onions, quartered
1 slice white bread, remove crust and cube
3 tbsp. quick tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
16 oz. can whole, peeled tomatoes

Put together, cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not look until 4 1/2 hours. Then add 1 package frozen peas.
