SAUSAGE CAKE 
1 lb. unseasoned sausage
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. boiling black coffee
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 c. mixed fruit
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins

Mix first seven ingredients by hand. Add coffee, add soda to buttermilk, add 2 cups of flour. Mix well.

In separate bowl mix walnuts, raisins and fruit in remaining cup of flour; to coat fruit. Add fruit mixture to batter. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 to 30 minutes.
