CHEESE - FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
Whole cauliflower
Salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Precook whole cauliflower in boiling, salted water 12-15 minutes. Drain. Place on ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Combine mayonnaise and prepared mustard and spread over cauliflower. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
