APPLE CREAM PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. finely chopped apples (or more)
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add egg, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add apples; pour into pie shell.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Cut butter into small pieces and spread evenly over pie. Bake 15 minutes.
