SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1 unbeaten egg
1 c. sour cream
2 c. diced apples
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Sift together flour, salt, and sugar; add unbeaten egg, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until batter is smooth and thin; add apples. Put all of the above in unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle on topping; put back in oven and cook for 10 more minutes at 400 degrees. Cool and serve.
