SOUR CREAM APPLE STREUSEL PIE 
6 c. apples
6 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 c. sour cream

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and crumble with fingers. Add all ingredients except apples. Beat well. Peel apples, core and slice. Add to mixture and mix well. Pour into two 10 inch pie plates. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. Top with streusel topping and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
