MICRO - SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
9 inch baked pie shell

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. peeled, sliced cooking apples

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Bake pie shell. Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and sour cream and set aside. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon for topping. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon apples evenly into shell. Top with crumb mixture, covering apples completely. Microwave on high uncovered 8 1/2 minutes or until apples are tender. (Test with fork in pie's center, rotating plate once). Place pie under broiler to brown topping. 350 degrees in center of oven for about 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
