MEXICAN BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 lb. beef
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 c. milk
2 c. wide noodles
1 1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. diced olives
1/2 c. grated cheddar

Brown beef in butter and chopped green pepper, cook 5 minutes. Add tomato soup, milk, and noodles, cooked. Add whole kernel corn, and olives also cheddar. Season, put in shallow 2 quart baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
