HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1 can Mexican chili beans
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger, add salt and pepper. Add soup and beans. Stir in 1 can of water. Bring to boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer until thick "gravy" forms. Best served with fried potatoes and cornbread on a cold day.
