CLAIRE'S CLASSY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. diced onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper
15 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. fat
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
6 oz. wide noodles

Brown onion in fat. Add meat and brown, season to taste. Add undiluted soup and sauce; stir.
