EASY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
dash of salt and pepper
2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
6 servings instant mashed potatoes, mixed

Brown hamburger in pan. Put into 2-quart casserole. Add soup. Top with potatoes. Dot with butter, salt and pepper.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
