QUICK 'N EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
24 oz. pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans French fried onions

In a heavy skillet cook beef with salt until browned. Break into small pieces. Drain off all excess fat. Transfer meat to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients except canned onions; mix well.

Spread mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with onions and return to oven for 15-20 minutes more, or until top is bubbly. Yield: 8 servings.

NOTE: This is a great potluck supper dish.
