2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Garlic salt
2 cans Rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Pet milk
2 cans chopped green chilies
2 lb. Mexican Velveeta (mild)
Bag of Doritos

Brown onions and beef. Heat and mix all other ingredients (except Doritos). Drain meat mixture and add to cheeses.

When ready to serve put Doritos in baking dish (large) and pour cheese sauce over. Bake at 250 degrees for at least 30 minutes or until bubbling. Can be baked covered.
