CHEESY HAM AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 c. cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ham, cheese, broccoli, and soup in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients until dough forms; drop by spoonfuls evenly over broccoli mixture. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes or until top is a golden brown. 4 servings.
