CHICKEN, VEGGIE, AND STUFFING
CASSEROLE
 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 bag Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
Steamed mixed vegetables: broccoli, peas, carrots, cauliflower, green beans

1. Cook chicken in skillet. 2. Prepare stuffing according to directions on box. 3. Mix soup and sour cream over slow heat in saucepan. 4. Mix chicken and vegetables. Place in bottom of casserole dish. 5. Pour soup mixture over chicken and vegetables. 5. Top with stuffing. 7. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
