“PEANUT SAUCE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  SUGARLESS APPLE TREATS

PEANUT SAUCE 
1/4 to 1/2 cup rice vinegar (sauce should not be too watery)
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup minced red onion
1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tbsp. Kal granulated Stevia (no after-taste/healthy sugar)
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1 tsp. minced ginger

Dissolve vegetable cube in small amount of vinegar. Add balance of vinegar, hot sauce, peanut butter and stir until it is a smooth consistency.

Add balance of ingredients and stir. Taste and adjust seasoning.

If you prefer a smoother consistency, place in blender.

If you want a Thai twist, add coconut milk and more hot sauce and heat for few minutes.
