SUGARLESS APPLE TREATS 
Kids love these!

4 sweet ripe apples
1 tbsp. NuStevia healthy granulated sweetener (from NuNaturals)
1 tbsp. cardamon powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
1 tbsp. nutmeg powder

Note: NuStevia is a healthy sugar substitute that will not affect your teeth, has no calories or fat. Stevia comes in various forms - liquid and granulated. Kal makes a good Stevia also that does not have an after-taste.

Peel the apples and cut in quarters. Cut a V into each quarter to remove the seeds.

Mix the spices and NuStevia together on a plate. The kids can dip the apples in the mixture and not worry about sugar. Yum!

This mixture can be used for peaches, pears or whatever fruit you choose.

Serves 4.
