1-1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli flowerets 1-1/2 lbs. fresh cauliflower flowerets 1 c. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. dill weed 1 tbsp. monosodium glutamate 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. coarse pepper 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 c. cooking oil Mix ingredients for marinade. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Drain well before serving. Serves 25. |
