HEALTHY MUFFINS 
2 c. oatbran
1 c. wheat bran
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. baking powder (heaping)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. or more fruit (dates, raisins, dried pineapple, dried apricots) chopped
2 egg whites
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
3 sm. bananas (mashed)

Mix ingredients in order given, adding mixed fruit last. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or more. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
