HEALTHY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. millers bran
1 c. milk
2 c. All-Bran cereal
2 c. milk
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
1 c. raisins

Soak millers bran in milk several minutes. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to blend. Place mixture in greased or lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
